The Week in a Blink
This is not a literal poem as you might be thinking. There have been no puppy accidents for at least two days. She’s getting much better at not peeing in the house and she hasn’t pooped in the house for weeks. Was that TMI?

“Forgive the dead year. Forgive yourself. What will be wants To push through your fingers.” ~ Marge Piercy, “The head of the year” Forgive yourself… Isn’t [s]he the hardest person to forgive of all? I’m still waiting for her to make amends The future is not ours to see or to make or to bend…
It’s my birth father’s birthday today. He died over two years ago. I decided to try and make today’s poem about him, even though it’s been two years since he died and I’ve already written several poems and posts about him, including: Happy Father’s Day Dad’s Birthday Poem First Birthday Without A Cowboy Poem Horse…

Still on the mend – coughing a lot, sleeping little, and totally out of gas. Speaking of gas, how about those prices? And if you need diesel (for the truck) and Premium (for the Mini), it’s really a killer. My raise this year is definitely not going to keep up with increases in gas, coffee…
Cool Crisp Eery Outlined Bones Pointing At Orange Fire Moving Pushing To Stormy Blues Trying something new this month to have a creative outlet to contrast with work. Seems crazy at this busy time to try to do daily posts but that’s what I’m going to try. Just a photo and a brief poem, quote,…
Crazy, busy day. I’m never ready for Christmas and this year is no different. I wrote my Christmas cards last night and wrapped a present for my son, so the key thing to get done today was make a trip to the post office. I was dreading that, knowing how busy it would be. So…

I think Java is quite fitting name!!! All that energy comes through loud and clear. My favorite pic is the one where the two stars have their mouths full!
Once again..another great poem sweetie!
God bless and have a great evening!!!
Boy did I blow that with the names!!!
Sorry!
Love the play photos. Sorry that you’re so exhausted. Puppies exhaust me… even when I have all the time in the world for them. But, their cuteness more than compensates.
I hope that you get some rejuvenation this weekend.
Coffee Beans?
TGIF…Enjoy your weekend.
The photos of the doggies, each with something to drag out and play with…FUNNY!
The poem…a tightly worded description of exhaustion…love it…and can relate.
The sculpture…hmmm…the Walker might like it though : )
Great poem. 🙂 I share your exhaustion today. It took all I had not to take a nap at my desk. The pics of the pups are adorable.
Sounds like you’re on a roll with the housebreaking. That last picture looks like something pretty fancy for puppy fodder. LOL
Great shots….again. Java and Latte seem so happy together.
Your puppy shots are precious! I bet you are laughing a lot at all the playfulness.
And your sculpture needs a more accurate name:
Adirondack Pit Toilet
lol!

I just realized you named the new pup Latte. And I was just going to suggest that name. Or, did I already? lol!
I have a mini-mancha goat named Latte, too. 🙂
