forever

in your heart

in your mind

The thing that got you

through all things

You could not stop

even if you tried

Who you are

What you are

Whatever

your eye

falls on

Wherever

your mind

sticks

A meditation of
hand
body

mind

The thing that
clicks

flows

releases

The thing that
knocks
begs
demands

You know what
it is
Your first love

In this case
the old saying
isn’t true

If you let it go
it will not return
Because this love
needs to be
claimed
by you
