I Love the Rum!
I woke up and realized I was a double-D, not the bra size, I mean that I was feeling the effects of divorce and depression.
And we rode through woods.

“I get up every morning determined to both change the world and to have one hell of a good time. Sometimes, this makes planning the day difficult.” ~E. B. White I tried to get photos of a coyote in our pasture using my telephoto but even with the tele, I couldn’t get enough zoom. Java chased a…
“Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another: “What! You too? I thought I was the only one.” — C.S. Lewis Luke and I haven’t yet been on a trail ride this year — I’ve simply been too busy. But my friend Cheryle and I took a short jaunt through…
Poor Java. She’s gone from this. To this. She tried to make do with some rollicking splashing. And tried flattening herself to get her whole body in the pool. Wow, man. Bummer. Back to splashing. It was in the 90’s today with about the same reading on humidity scale. Technically known as “can’t breathe” weather….

What a beautiful Sunday you and Luke had…gorgeous!
And, let me know about the rain dance…I’ll be right over with the camera.
I am so glad you are really enjoying your time with your horses and Java. It is nice to have that freedom, to just load your horse and hit the trails. Your trails look very nice! You get a little bit of everything, like us!
I give you a lot of credit for taking advantage of every moment. The park is beautiful and you certainly have gained confidence in trailering and riding on your own.
I’m glad I found the courage to hit the trails on my own. It’s been a life saver!
